Convening the General Assembly which consists of all the project participants. The General Assembly will meet at the kick-off (Istanbul) and for the mid-term review (Almaty, month 18). The role of the General Assembly will be the overall supervision of the activities and the coordination of the implementation process.

Setting up the project Management Board which will consist of the WP leaders and co-leaders. The project Management Board will meet every six months, back to back with the General Assembly at the kick-off and at the mid-term review meetings (Istanbul, Tbilisi, Athens, Almaty, Bonn, Tashkent). The role of the project Management Board will be the monitoring and coordination of the work carried out in all the Workpackages in order to ensure the fluent implementation of the project and the timely submission of the Deliverables.

Ensuring the sound administration of the contract, maintaining the necessary contacts with the Commission services and submitting the required Activities and Management Reports.
